Cleaning up

Monday morning, Korb walks to Emilia's finery. He tacks a sign onto the door which reads "Emilia's finery is closed due to a family emergency. Please call again later." He tries the door.

*There are still bloodstains in the street outside, only partially washed away by the recent rain. The front door is unlocked, and appears damaged by shrapnel. Inside the clothing and racks along one wall are strewn about as though there was a hurricane.*

Korb steps inside and locks the door behind him. He straightens the racks that can be seen from the window, then goes upstairs, looking for the kitchen, dining room or bedroom.

The upstairs contains a few rooms. The remnants of recently cooked pasta are left out in the kitchen. There are cots set around as though several people had been staying here for a few days.

Korb empties the food into the garbage and searches the drawers on the two levels looking for a key to the doors.

After a thorough search a key is found.

Korb breaks each of the cots and any personal effects nearby them. He empties the cupboards of food. He stacks the cots against the locked front door and then leaves by the basement way, locking it behind him.
